Quick discussion about company, aspirations, background, etc with an HR rep.
Follow up was a lengthier ~3 hour long conversation with different people. Average difficulty coding question in an online IDE, thorough discussion about a theoretical technical problem and how I would solve it, culture discussion about my hobbies, mentorship style, discussion about the interview process with a different HR rep.
Although the total meeting was ~3 hours, it didn't feel like it; everyone was polite and courteous, and I was asked if I needed bathroom breaks, etc. Received offer letter the day after. Very smooth and quick process.
Pretty unprofessional, recruiter canceled about a hour before the scheduled recruiter call. Then emailed me to reschedule the call for another time. I did setup another time for the call in his calendar but recruiter never show up for the call.
The thing is that interviewees have to take time off from their schedule to attend these calls and it is pretty disrespectful to people and their time when recruiter like this just decide to bail out without any reasons.

- debriefed with HR after 3 hours of interviewing saying there would be a decision made within the next 2 days
