Fairly straight forward. A screening call with HR followed by a call with the team. HR knew what to do and was very professional and easy to work with. Team call was with team head and one senior member. Both had a very chaotic interviewing style - likely due to inexperience. The team head asked weightless questions that couldn't possibly be used to assess someones competence and the senior team member only asking very niche questions that seemingly only they knew the answer to. They tried to make it a bit of a technical grilling and show their expertise, but ended up just looking a bit junior and insecure.
