I had one brief phone call with a woman from HR, where she presented the company, and I got the chance to introduce myself. After that, we scheduled an online interview with a team lead of one of the teams. It was more broad than the initial call, and they were interested in my past experiences alongside with my tech stack. They were open for listening, and answering my questions as well.
