So far one phone interview and one onsite interview with two managers within one week's time. Interviewers were very pleasant in both instances. Phone interviewer was very helpful with suggestions for any possible follow-up interviews. First interview (recruiter) focused more on my current employment whereas managers focused on past employment, so be ready to dig into the memory banks just in case. Good experience overall. Recent interview less than a week ago, still awaiting outcome.
