I applied online through my college job portal and 2-4 days later I went through a basic phone screening. Then I was invited to an in-office interview that consisted of a panel interview with two senior employees and a recently hired underwriter. This interview lasted about 45 minutes and was mostly behavioral questions to see if you were a good fit.

Had a screening call with the recruiter, about 30 min with typical behavioral questions. She was very nice and helpful. After that, I had an interview with three managers that was at least an hour where we talked more about the position and the job duties. Throughout the whole process I felt very respected and like they were all taking a lot of time to get to know me.
