Phone screening prior to actual interview. Candidates that pass the phone interview are further screened by DEVs and the Management team. There is a brief link to a skills assessment test that individuals have to take. It is not related to programming at all, but more of a IQ related quiz.

Tell us about your experiences as a software developer?
The interview process was a reasonable length and involved about 3 rounds. There were some behavioral questions and a final technical interview. Overall my recruiter was very helpful and each interview was very welcoming.

Behavioral questions with HR first. Then a 1 hour technical interview that had two easy coding questions. It was easy and well done. I would definitely interview again. Very nice and good people.

Interview with HR followed by a technical interview with senior engineers. The interview process went very quickly, and communication was excellent in my experience. They start people in cohorts with only a few start dates each year
