Online application with hour online SAT-like math and word problems (pretty sure it doesn't affect your application at all though), phone interview, in-person interview which was extremely casual, another phone interview with the regional manager who left the day I was suppose to interview

Easygoing process from start to finish. The interview went well and a lot of questions were answered and the applicant was happy with the process. Liberty Mutual seems like a good company.

Not professionally dressed for occasion; though it was a virtual meeting, but, I always say, dress to impress even if I’m the one hiring. Not too enthusiastic about interviewing; too laid back. Will not interact.
