The interview process was fairly easy and quick. I met with the inpatient nurse recruiter who then helped me find openings and scheduled two in-person interviews with unit nurse managers.

Brief to the point. Great experience the interview was short and sweet. The interviewer was kind and felt very present throughout. I thought the questions were relevant and easy to answer. The interview was virtual and lasted 1 round. Following the interview I consented to a background check and provided at least 5 references.

A long personality test is required. I applied online, and the application can be applied to multiple job offers in the hospital. They are looking for people with initiative and good attitudes, which is why I chose the hospital in the first place
