First round of interviews is with HR - at least two - a general interview to whittle down pool of applicants to include only those with clear match to job requirements and qualifications and a next round to dive deeper to discuss experiences, expectations, salary, etc. In person interviews consisted of three (was supposed to be 4) - one with a Product Manager (direct reporting relationship), Product Management Director, Designer. All told, the process took about 2-3 weeks to complete.
