Lenovo generally has a recruiter contact the top candidates for a phone screen, typically within 2 weeks of applying. Afterwards, within a week or two, the top 2-7 candidates may have either a phone or face interview with the hiring manager. Additional interviewers are common. There may possibly be a 3rd round, especially if your interview was not in person.
In general, offers are made within 2 weeks after your final interview...because we need to finish all scheduled interviews prior to any offer. Recruiters generally make Lenovo job offers via phone call.
