Three stages of the interview were conducted. The first was with the HR manager, followed by the technical manager. Both of these were held via video call. Finally, there was a practical interview in the workshop in Aldridge.
In the workshop, I was assessed on disassembling an engine and using measuring tools. Then, I was asked 10 theoretical questions verbally. Overall, they were very friendly, and the atmosphere was quite amicable. The interview seemed to go very well from the employer's side. However, after the interview, I didn't hear anything back from them. They even did not respond to my follow-up email regarding feedback. And they are still posting new job advertisements for this position. It's very strange.
