1 hour interview, with manager and their manager. Asked me questions and spoke about my CV. Was more question based than a chatty style interview. Seemed very friendly and did have a few laughs.

telephone screening by agency acting on behalf of L&G. Interviewer didn't seem to know much about the role or company. I took them through the 3 roles on my CV and stressed my strengths and they eventually came back to me but by that stage I was so unimpressed that I didn't follow it up.
