It was pretty standard. However, the managers will act like your background is so impressive just to hire you then treat you like trash when you start. They don’t have respect for their employees. Just because it is The hospitality business doesn’t mean people can just treat you any type of way. The location had all men as managers. Nothing against that but they lacked empathy and organization skills as a whole. No one was ever on the same page. Being there were multiple managers it would be hard because the hiring process looked different for each of them. One also want aware that they hired a new employee.

Applied online, got the interview request a few days later. The process was incredibly quick and easy, the interview took maybe a maximum of 15 minutes and seemed to really be more of a formality than anything else.

It was super brief. They asked me when I could start then bait and switched me. I wanted to one thing and they asked me to do another. They seemed like kind people.
