I had a scheduled interview, I arrived early and was seated in a front room. My interviewee called me the wrong name and didn't review my resume prior to our interview. I was told private information about the owner and other employees. I was told that moving on to a second interview I would need to be ready and available back at the winery within 20minutes. There is heavy oversight in outgoing communications that would seem to make the sales process slow and challenging for a sales/marketing role. The presentation of the position did not sell me on wanting to work there, in fact the exact opposite.
