Through my experience with leading minds I have found out that interviews are very basic and important to study the skills and abilities as well as the personality of the interviewee. It is important to know who are you hiring. Therefore the process of interviewing at leading minds is essential which is so for many other businesses. But not every interviewer has the capacity to overcome the interviewee or take what he wants from him.
