The interview process was fast, total have 2 rounds with 1 assessment.
1st round was with 2 VPs, the session was pretty good, Managed to go through that round and given a pretty nasty assessment which took nearly one day to complete even at my busy period, The assessment received a good feedback and went through final round with CFO, However, after the final interview, I got ghosted, even sending whatsapp messages to recruiter but no replies at all.
I took this as my learning experiences, but a warm reminder to Lazada recruiter, do not take candidates time for advantage, we put in time and efforts, If you wanna reject, we deserve a decent reply. Thanks!

Entrevista
Step 1: Initial Screening
Application Review:
Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
Phone Screening:
Conduct a 15-30 minute phone interview to assess the candidate's communication skills, basic qualifications, and interest in the role.
Step 2: First Round Interview
HR Interview:
Duration: 45-60 minutes.
Focus Areas: Cultural fit, behavioral questions, and overall alignment with the company values.
Sample Questions:
Tell me about yourself and your background.
Why are you interested in this position?
Describe a challenging situation you faced in your previous job and how you handled it.
Step 3: Second Round Interview
Technical Interview with Finance Team:
Duration: 60-90 minutes.
Focus Areas: Technical skills, financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and experience relevant to the FBP role.
Sample Questions:
Explain how you approach financial forecasting.
Describe a time when you identified a cost-saving opportunity and how you implemented it.
How do you analyze financial statements to make strategic recommendations?

Quite rigorous in terms of technical knowledge (on FP&A) and also whether you are a good fit with the culture. Was asked many times how certain I am to join this industry, which is new for me.

Standard get to know you type of interview. More technical qns in the first two rounds such as how would you set up a FP&A process in a matrix type of organization. How will you manage budget across 6 countries.
HR BP interview was more of a chit chat to ascertain that you are suitable fit to the culture.
Overall nice experience!
