The overall interview itself went fine. The questions were thorough and meaningful. However, the communication after the interview was non-existent. The interviewer indicated that I would hear back from HR with a hiring decision within 1-2 weeks, but I was left hanging with zero response instead. So, thanks for wasting my time Launch. Wouldn't want to work for you anyways if you can't even extend the basic courtesy of a phone call to advise an applicant if you hired someone else.
