It began with an initial phone screening, followed by a consultant question write-up that you had a week to complete, and finally an on-site interview that lasted approximately 3.5 hours. Many of the questions asked were similar or the same as previous interview questions found on Glassdoor for this position

Hiring manager got so much aura they don’t even meet candidates at first. You gotta submit a recorded video interview, survive the screening process, and get approved by the council before you earn the right to speak with them. 😭
The interview process consistent of 3 rounds - A call with a recruiter on their program team, a self-video-assessment answering a couple of questions, and a technical interview with a tech manager and director.

Recruiter called me, jumped immediately into questions. He didn't really tell me much about the position....I got the feeling he didn't think I was good for this role, and I was ok with it being, the salary for this position is too far below average!
