I applied online and heard back in a few days. I had a pretty long conversation with the interviewer. I found the process to be unprofessional because I never received a confirmation from HR about the interview time being available so I was not sure if I was even going to receive a call that day. During my interview about 30 minutes in the phone call dropped and I had to call her back and she just said she was working from home so that was her fault. After our phone call I hadn't heard anything for 3 weeks and then out of the blue HR contacted me asking me for another phone interview. They told me I would be interviewing with a man from another department. However, when I received a phone call it was the same woman I interviewed with before and she said it was a mistake. A few days later I received a phone call from a woman who worked in a different department and it was not the department that HR told me I would be interviewing with. After that phone call I never heard anything from the company not even a rejection. i found the whole process very unprofessional. It has been over a year since I interviewed with them and I have now worked for two retail companies and their interview processes were so much more smooth than Lands' End.

Long process recruiting not friendly or knowledgable on position, couldn't answer questions on the position. Took a long time from applying online to receiving an email for an interview.
