The process was good no problems, i was interviewed by multiple departments. The only hang up was the compensation. The company is only the eastern shore MD so every company is out to get the cheapest labor possible. It took a month to get the salary up to a livable amount. Only took the job in the first place because I had been laid off but the experience with the people at LWRCI turned out to provide some long lasting relationships
