I recently had the opportunity to interview with LTI Mindtree for a technical position, and it was an interesting experience. The interview was brief, lasting about 5-6 minutes, and I could sense that the interviewer was keeping a brisk pace, likely due to the high volume of candidates scheduled. However, he remained professional and got straight to the point, focusing on my core technical skills and understanding of cloud concepts.
He began by asking about my experience with APIs and cloud architecture—areas that align with my technical stack. The questions were straightforward yet relevant, allowing me to highlight my knowledge while staying concise.

Can you explain the difference between a RESTful API and a standard API?
The interviewer was late (almost 2-3 hours), and then he skipped straight to the codes after asking me about myself. The codes asked to solve were easy. It would've been great if I did not give up and solved the codes.

Entrevista
The Online Assessment (OA) was conducted on the AMCAT platform and consisted of Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Language, Reading & Verbal Ability sections. There were no programming or coding questions; the assessment included only multiple-choice questions (MCQs), pseudocode-based problems, and analytical reasoning questions.
The interview was easy and the question asked was basic , overall good interview , but I like to mention that they want good communication skills also , but required good core knowledge of the subject
