I interviewed for store manager in Illinois and had a bad experience with the district manager. After moving to Kansas, the acting district manager reached out and talked to me on a call and offered me the job.
The interview went really well, the District Manager was very stylish and made the process feel like I was catching up with an old friend. We laughed throughout the whole interview, and talked about the latest trends.
The entire process was very thorough. Very great interviews that I enjoyed. If you are interviewing for management you will have more than one interview. Each interview lasted about 1 hour. Standard interview questions.
