Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en LMC Healthcare (Ottawa, ON) en may 2017
Entrevista
Phone interview asked unprofessional questions. Asked me where I live, how long it would take to get to the office, and if I used public transportation... seemed irritated that I would need to give 2 weeks notice to my current employer. Then asked me what my bottom line hourly wage would be... not sure why they have all these questions on their online application since the apparently don't read your answers before contacting you.

There is a three step process: first phone, then online video teams call and third is in person. The first two interviews are relatively the same; they ask similar questions, just the second one they gave more scenarios. They also ask about your past jobs. The third one is 2 hours long lol. The first hour they spend teaching you about the EMR system and the second hour they test you on it. I made 1 stupid mistake, which was kinda acceptable from a person who learnt the system 10 mins ago, but i was declined because of it. It seems like i was lucky because of it. How can you not accept mistakes? but thats just me.
