3 Interviews. First conducted with another candidate on the ZOOM call. Asked standard questions about our experience and what we wanted out of the role. 2nd interview was 2 hours long and included training for the role and building a recommendation. In addition, 3 sets of questions had to be answered and submitted online. Final interview was 15 minutes long and I was offered the job.
