Kresge used a recruiting firm to do the early rounds of interviews. After 3 interviews with the recruiting firm, I met the hiring manager and the individual who was currently doing the job (they were leaving for a secondment). The Kresge folks were upfront on the reality of the position. Never heard back from the recruiting firm.
