I had 2 or 3 interviews, took their hiring assessment, and then another couple of interviews. At all times it seemed as if things were going well and then, out of the blue I get a very cold and auto-generated message saying they’ve decided to not move forward. Very disrespectful given the level of the position and the time required to get to that point. I previously had a lot of respect for this organization but I think I deserved something a bit more personal and respectful.
