The interview process was two parts. The first part was a video recording of yourself answering about 4 questions. The second part of the interview was a quick 20-30 min phone call.

They asked about previous work history and why you would be a good fit
Went very well was virtual questions got the email the next day that i had just applied. I then made the onkine interview then like by 1 week i got called back to see if i was intrested and when was i able to start working.
The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.
