Kohl's took a while to get back to me when I initially applied however the interview was very relaxed. I interviewed with the store manager and I was offered the job immediately.

Group interview, pretty easy actually. It was five or six people for me, which calmed my nerves because it was my very first interview. We just went around in a circle and answered whichever he wanted us too. He would pick randomly to see whoever went first, also. But, I'm not sure if they do the group interviews anymore.

Applied online, called in for interview and hired days later. The interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager in her office. I was asked the basic interview questions and received an email a few days later notifying me I got the job. It was a very simple process.

I applied online on company website and received a response email with a link to set up interview. Came into a Group interview with about 10 people in a conference room. The environment was very calm and pleasant and stressfree.
