Phone interviews and then there was a group interview, Hr went around asking all of us the same questions. Most of the questions were behavioral questions. Nothing was too difficult and everyone was nice and polite. Afterwards I got the initial call that I got hired, I started about 1 week later. I was trained the first day and by the next day I was by my own,
Just asked me who I was, if I was availible for hollidays and thats about it. It was a really plesant interview but very fast paced, make sure to get your first impression down pat.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
