It was a bad experience. It started out with a tour of the facility with one of the past interns and followed with 3 interviews with the Operations managers. They asked basic behavioral questions and didn't seem to care about any of the answers. When I mentioned I was part of an undergraduate GLBTQ-straight alliance organization, they seemed uncomfortable.
