The interview took less than 15 minutes. Very easy and pleasant. The next day, I was offered the job via email. The subsequent email contained forms I needed to fill out before my first day of work. Judging by the experiences described on Glassdoor and my own experience, it seems your interviewer(s) will indicate whether they'll consider you or not by the end of your interview.

They called me into an interview after a few days online. They asked me only one question and then said they would hand it off to their corporate office based on their needs.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
