The overall interview process was easy. The store manager had asked me questions relating to my personality and work ethic. She told a little bit about herself, the store, and Kohl's as a company.

Very quick and easy process setting up interview. They use the method of 2 step Interview. They do group interview which have like 5-6 people. If hired you will get a second email to schedule appointment for orentation.

Entrevista
It was during holiday seasonal hiring; so I was in a group interview. The actual interview took about 40 minutes and then we had to wait while they talked to each person separately. I got offered the position that day and started about a week later.
