The interview process was very lengthy. I gave five interviews: 1 telephonic and 4 video interviews. The irony was the recruiter ( Marion Stechnicki from www.polytechtalent.com) did not even show the courtesy to inform me about the final result. I was expecting a reply from her at the end of interview process. But I had to pursue her for that and she never told me what the final result was. She left it all to me to assume. I invested almost 3-4 weeks in the process. Two video interviews were hour long and one more interview was requested at the end because they could not decide from the final interview although there was a panel of 4-5 people. I was disappointed at the recruiter how she never bothered to come back to me for an answer even after I sent her two emails. That was a bit unprofessional and was not a standard you would want to show to someone who aspired to work for the organization and it's leaders.
