First I was contacted by the human resource manager named Bria. She was very welcoming and very professional. I had to reschedule my interview because something more pressing came up and I thought I lost the opportunity to interview for the position in hopes it was a good fit. Bria contacted me prompt and rescheduled my interview for the following day. After meeting with Bria and talking about Kitopi and there mission statement we got into my background and what I was looking for in a company and what the position entailed . I had first applied for the kitchen manager position witch was posted on indeed Bria had the foresight to see my qualifications would be best utilized as a Brand Champion and reached out to her fellow Kitopi managers and told them she found someone who would be a great fit as a Brand Champion. She then talked to Michael to see if he had the time to meet with me that same day just a few hours later and I did. In speaking with Michael I got to see one of our production kitchens and saw the passion Michael and the rest of the staff displayed and I already knew it was a place I wanted to work at. Michael also took the time to talk shop with me gave me an understanding of who Kitopi was and the direction we as a company were reaching for. Michael was very busy but still took the time to sit with me and invest he's time to assure I was a good fit for Kitopi. To my surprise Michael also saw me as a potential asset to the company and reached out to Camillo Sabell the head of Brand Champions. Camillo was running around all day and also made the time to speak with me and we talked about my experience and Kitopi as a company and he was thorough . We covered a large range of topics and being in the restaurant business for over 28 years it was refreshing to meet a team that has the same enthusiasm and commitment to there company. It was a great experience and I'm blessed to say I'm now part of the Kitopi team.

These guys are extremely unprofessional. Interviewer forgot about the interview appointment and tried to reschedule to an inappropriate location (residential). The organization is extremely disorganize. Too many red flags can be quite disturbing.
