Interview process started with a few phone interviews back and forth, a virtual interview, and eventually an in-person interview. Questions were standard and included a portfolio review for marketing materials. I thought it was strange that I applied online, and they still had me spend time filling out a paper/hard copy application in a conference room before the in-person interview started.
