The hiring process is pretty simple. You are ask questions. Then you wait on your background check. After that if everything looks good you come in start watching videos and you could still be waiting on your background but you are not allowed to be alone with the students.

I was interviewed by the Director and Assistant Director. They asked me questions about my experience with childcare. After my interview, I was contacted again to come back for a few hours the following day for a working interview.

The assistant interview was very straight forward. got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Overall the interview lasted less than an hour and they gave me a tour of the building the same day.

Interview was very easy. Got a response back within days. Initial interview by a hiring manager then interview with center director, got hired the same day. Took about two weeks.
