I was contacted by an excited & thorough recruiter at the direction of the recruiter's boss who loved my resume. I had a phone screening with the recruiter that went fantastically, & then a virtual video interview with 3 hiring managers. The 3 Customer Service Managers were very mercurial, 1 passed the vibe check on authenticity, & the other 2 switched their attitudes around mid-interview without warning & never recovered or came back to meet me & the other 1 where we were. The other 2 seemed almost annoyed by my answers toward the end of the interview whereas the other 1 was doing heart emojis as I was talking. What a juxtaposition... -Ultimately, I was not chosen to move forward. The 2 who rejected me appeared to have wanted a very simple & uncomplicated ABC person; I showed up as a BGLRY person, & they were not emotionally ready for that. The decision wasn't made based on my competency, passion, education, experience, or documented success in various industries; it was made because 2 people having a day & a mood decided that they didn't like me. I wasn't there for a popularity/likeability contest; I was there for a job; & I was denied the job due to personality differences, which, again, has nothing to do with the job or my ability to do it. Based off of my experience, I wouldn't recommend interviewing for this company.
