Contacted by a kin recruiter and set up a meeting. The recruiter knew a lot about the company and role which is fantastic. This should always be the case but unfortunately isn’t. Second round with the hiring manager was comfortable and interesting. Next step was a take home situational exercise which was actually quite interesting and I enjoyed working on it but never submitted as the timing for the role didn’t make sense for me personally. The company is solving complex problems with data which is very exciting. I was very impressed with the transparency throughout the interview process and the guidance that is provided.
