Decided to apply for role after being approached by recruiter as the problem space seemed rather interesting. Had spent a couple of hours researching background of company, values , relationship with AppsBroker. Rather disappointed to not hear anything back at all after what seemed a positive interview. Either I had seriously offended the interviewer in some way, or this is a company that does not value people. Just a simple, thank you, but we're not looking to proceed would be sufficient. Personally I'd like to know of such behaviour prior to applying to a company, for me it is indicative of attitude towards people in general.

I had a 30 minute phone screen with the talent partner, followed by a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. These were both open-ended conversations about my experience, done via video call.
