We needed to give a mock lesson and explain what we would do in certain situations. The mock lesson is based on the grade level you decide to teach. Interviewing for SAT would have different material than for high school.

I completed a 30 minute interview where I had to teach a very basic concept, such as slopes in math or synonyms in English, by using Google Slides or Google Docs to clearly explain the topic step by step.

There was one interview with human resources where they asked you about your background and made you teach a sample lesson. Overall it was a good experience interacting with their HR team.

Entrevista
I was given some scenarios and I was asked how I would deal with struggling students with students with special needs.
After the initial conversation, I was given a few papers with some problems on them. I was told to come up with lesson plans for second and eighth graders. The second-grade questions were about adding factors with different denominators and the difference between metaphors and similes. The eighth-grade questions were about solving inequalities and the idea of diffusion.
