Phone interview followed by invitation for in-person panel interview at dealership that position would be working in. Was initially very excited about this opportunity until mid-way through my in-person interview. One of the interviewees took his phone out and for the remainder of my interview paid little to no attention to questions be asked or my responses. I knew at that point he had no interest in me as a candidate and I myself lost interest and respect for the company.
