Was approached by recruiters and sent CV. Role was discussed with recruiter and then had to do some strange Behavioral and Cognitive tests but for me the time ran out and even the Behavioral questions were very strange. They were looking for someone in Europe with foreign language but had nothing to do with Sales. This is the problem with many American companies and they don't adapt to the local market and always wonder why they aren't as successful. If people are rejected based on these tests you are missing out on people who have the real Sales skills for that local market. Of course if you have done these tests multiple times it gets easier but find it odd that this is how they employ people.
