Interview with hiring manager went well. Next was the owners son and it was ok. Then they wanted a 3 rd interview with 2 executives and I could tell they had no interest when they saw my skin color. I knew they were looking for a reason to overlook me. Wouldn’t have been happy there anyway so it worked out great. They said they didn’t know if I could adapt to change. Yea ok
