After initally applying it took the recruiter less than a week reach out to. 1st Interview- HR TelephoneScreening: Tell me about yourself, questions in regard to your resume -Took 3 weeks for recruiter to reach back out to me with next steps, this turned me off from the company and I knew the hiring process was disorganized. 2nd Interview: Telling phone interview with 2 hiring managers: Tell me about yourself, more questions geared towards your resume and technical skillset, teamwork, organization and client management skills. -Took 1+ week to hear back about final interview 3rd Interview: In-person four rounds of 2 person interview and a 5 minute case analysis presentation. -NEVER heard back from recruiter. This is an awful practice.
