Started with an online application then had the recruiter call for a phone screening 2 weeks later. Afterwards, the hiring manager set-up time to meet but then disappeared for some family issue. I had to reach out 2 months later to reschedule with him. The interview was 1 solid hours of interrogating my resume line item by line item. Afterwards, he said he didn't believe I was "seasoned" enough for the role. 4 weeks later, I reached out and the recruiter said he elected to just close down the job requisition.
