First round - Screening (1 hour) covers wide range of topics on the cloud. Second round - Technical/more detailed discussion on Cloud and various other relevant topics referred via the CV/Resume. Business Round - 30 mins interview with the business head. HR Round - ??? No Communication yet! Very unprofessional and chaotic management of the interview process, HR never communicates with you, they wont even reply to your emails!!! No wonder only why engineers from the bottom of a pyramid joins the organisation. I think, the HR team needs to be professional and be proactive in communicating with the potential candidates.

3 rounds of interview. first and 2nd round are more important. more focus on amazon cloud. interview conducted by architects. good people. waiting time was too high. first round is telephonic.
