Written Test - Aptitude, Technical and HR interview. There was a general aptitude test for about 7500 people, followed by a shortlisting of about 125 candidates. This was followed by a face to face interview round, both technical and general. About 80 candidates were selected in all. There was no specific expectation on prior coding experience. They were looking for candidates with a clear thinking process and the ability to grasp and learn things.

I got a referral for an interview. I gave it in May. The position was not declared. I assumed it was something related to ML. The interview was theoretical, a one-on-one call with a solutions architect. I did well. The interviewer said that if there were an open ML position, I would get an email. I haven't got one yet.
