I went for the walk-in drive, the first round was C++ written. It was an easy one questions were from indiabix. The second round was technical interview. This round is based on their requirement if you fit into that the questions are fairly simple. After that they will contact you for the further process.

I have had 3 technical interviews with KPIT recently. The first interview I had to write the recruiter at the time of the interview that I am waiting and no one is calling. Then they call me after 5 minutes. I felt that they did not want to do the interview or they forgot. The questions asked by HR about object-oriented programming and I felt they didn’t prepare for it and maybe they did not even read my CV(Not sure about it). After the first interview, they sent me a C++ test which I had to do in 3 hours. I did the task at the weekend and sent them. Later I got an email that you passed and let’s have an online coding interview. The 3rd interview was really good. The interviewer was an engineer and he really led the interview good(the interview took about an hour or a bit more). After the third interview, they wrote me that I passed the third interview and give us some dates next week to visit us. It took me a day to decide which days I could visit them in Munich and then sent them the dates. After the weekend on Monday I received an email that we are sorry but we filled the position!!! All this process took about a month and I spent a lot of time to prepare for it. But after inviting me there they decided to put me away with no reason without conducting the onsite interview!
