It's been a long time, but I remember that the interviewer, one of the senior associate/partner was a really nice person. I was asked basic questions related to my technical skills, work experience, and education. They were pretty busy at the time, and needed a junior designer. I think since I was more skilled than what the position needed, it was short and good. I had no medical or other benefits, which I agreed to.
