Applied online, single interview with panel of scientists, took forever to hear back, very slow process, usually takes 4 months, you interview with panel of experts in the field, and then perform medical checks at a local hospital

It was only one interview with a general manager and a project manager. Very easy interview and straightforward questions, mostly about research and your past experience. However, the hiring process took so long.
